Financials Year 2003
The markets for semi-finished plastic materials were much influenced by tough economic circumstances in 2003. In a declining market Vink managed to maintain same turnover as in 2002, but a heavy pressure on price resulted in a 2% drop in margin. As a consequence of this EBITDA dropped to 8.1 mio. €.
Cost measurements have been carried out and a new organisation structure has been implemented. This combined with new sales and marketing activities should result in increased turnover and profit in 2004. |
