Extrusion

Besides machining Vink offers a number of plastics processings including extrusion. Extrusion is offered through sub-suppliers.

Introduction
The process is used for making products in endless lengths, typical rods, sheets, foils and profiles. The basic material is granular plastics or powder. Very often the extruders capaibility of mixing is used by adding the simple compound of the basic material and various additives. These could be pigments or heat stabilizers. This simple compound will become homogenized by running through the extruder.
