Usually, plastics and especially engineering plastics need machining before it can enter into an end product as a finished component or as a spare part in a production plant.

Vink has a versatile machinery, which is fit to match the special demands plastics make, in order to obtain the best possible end product. Vink processes all kinds of plastics. On CNC controlled turning machines and machine centres we produce parts in a very broad dimension area and with a very high repeatability.

Our engineers take active part in the development of our customers' products. By doing this they contribute to selecting the right material, design as well as the best possible manufacturing method - this is our customers' guarantee for competitive products in the right quality.

Vink's production department and related sales function is certified according to DS/ISO 9001.

In September 1991 Vink AS' production department got its quality system certified as one of the first sub-suppliers of machined plastic components in Denmark. The certificate was issued by Det norske Veritas according to DS/ISO 9001.
